🚨 WANTED: One Treasurer for our Board of Directors 🚨

No, you don’t need to groom 100 km of trails, flip burgers at events, answer Facebook messages at midnight, organize fundraisers, post on social media, or spend your weekends chasing volunteers.

That’s my job 😂

My name is Paula! Some of you may know me from Taylor Creek collection hut a couple seasons ago. As the club’s first-ever General Manager, I handle most of the day-to-day operations, event planning, administration, social media, project coordination, and all the other fun things that keep our club moving forward. We don’t need you for those time consuming jobs!

What we DO need is a Treasurer on our Board of Directors to help keep our finances on track.

✅ Create Financial Reports & Budgets - Financial or bookkeeping experience is a strong asset
✅ Monthly board meeting attendance (Sept-April, one evening per month)
✅ Love of outdoor recreation and community involvement

You’ll be helping support a club that works hard to ensure our trail network continues to thrive for years to come.

Matt has stepped up as the Director of Trails & Chalet. He has volunteered with us in the past, helped paint the trail collection huts, made the new signage hangers (and so much more!!) and we are so grateful to have him on the board!

We are still looking for individuals to help us fill these key roles for next year. These roles are vital for the future of the LMSA. Without volunteers to help fill these roles the club faces some serious challenges.

* Treasurer
Responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and guiding the financial health of the club. Monthly meetings September–April. Previous business/financial/treasurer experience is a strong asset.

* Vice President
Works closely with the BC Snowmobile Federation, supports general operations and helps guide leadership and decision-making. Monthly meetings September–April.
