We need you!

First meeting of the season is coming up 2nd week of September. If you are interested in becoming the club’s treasurer please reach out. We want to stress that this position doesn’t come with a huge time commitment. Financial report at each meeting (one per month from September to April).

You’ll be helping support a club that works hard to ensure our trail network continues to thrive for years to come.

If you’ve ever thought, “I wish I could help the club, but I don’t have time for a full-time volunteer commitment,” this might be exactly what you’re looking for.

The smoke in the valley has us doing our 2026/2027 season snow dance early! We need some serious snowpack this year! We’ve got a good feeling about this upcoming sled season!! ❄️⛄️

We would like to thank all of the 2025/2026 Corporate Sponsors from the bottom of our hearts. Without you all, we wouldn’t be able to make all that we do happen. We have some great things in the works and couldn’t do it without all of you!

We are currently working on the 2026/2027 Corporate Sponsor email packages! If you are not a current or previous sponsor and would like to be added to the email list, send us a message with your business’ email address! ✉️ We look forward to working with you!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to today’s firewood work party! We truly couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you.

Not only did we get next season’s firewood finished, but we also checked off another major project by removing and replacing the chalet stairs. A big thank you to Axelent Welding for custom fabricating the new stairs and Galaxie for the powder coating—they look fantastic!

They say many hands make light work... but you know what makes it even lighter? A working wood splitter! 🤣 We managed to break 3–4 axes today with all the chopping.

So... a gas-powered wood splitter has officially made it to the top of our Christmas wish list! 🎄 If you or your business would be interested in donating one to the club, we’d be incredibly grateful. And who knows... there just might be a few perks in it for you too! 😃

A huge thank you to Melissa, Matt, Ashley, Shaun, Ian, Russel, Dekota, Mike, Garet, Drew, Marco, Kevin, Lyle, Glen, Keith—and of course, the kids, who supervised the whole operation and definitely didn’t do any work at all! 😂

Speaking of people, we have a work party coming up on July 11th! Find the Facebook event on our page and RSVP if you can...

🚨 WANTED: One Treasurer for our Board of Directors 🚨

No, you don’t need to groom 100 km of trails, flip burgers at events, answer Facebook messages at midnight, organize fundraisers, post on social media, or spend your weekends chasing volunteers.

That’s my job 😂

My name is Paula! Some of you may know me from Taylor Creek collection hut a couple seasons ago. As the club’s first-ever General Manager, I handle most of the day-to-day operations, event planning, administration, social media, project coordination, and all the other fun things that keep our club moving forward. We don’t need you for those time consuming jobs!

What we DO need is a Treasurer on our Board of Directors to help keep our finances on track.

✅ Create Financial Reports & Budgets - Financial or bookkeeping experience is a strong asset
✅ Monthly board meeting attendance (Sept-April, one evening per month)
✅ Love of outdoor recreation and community involvement

You’ll be helping support a club that works hard to ensure our trail network continues to thrive for years to come.

If you’ve ever thought, “I wish I could help the club, but I don’t have time for a full-time volunteer commitment,” this might be exactly what you’re looking for.

Interested? Send me a message and let’s chat!
And if you’re not interested but know someone who can balance a budget better than they balance a snowmobile on a sidehill, tag them below! 👇😂
