Whitevalley Community Resource Centre, in partnership with Jitter Beans Coffee House, is once again creating a welcoming space for youth to connect before the new school year begins, particularly for those affected by this summer’s tragedy. 💙

A huge thank you to the Regional District of North Okanagan for helping sponsor these evenings and supporting our youth and community!

Our office will be closed today from 12-1pm for our staff to participate in this training.

Come learn how to recognize an opioid overdose and how to safely use and administer Naloxone. This simple training could give you the knowledge and confidence to help save someone's life.

As we get ready for another school year, we are once again holding our **Backpack Fundraiser** to support our local schools! 🏫❤️

For a donation of **$20.00 or more**, you will receive a **charitable tax receipt**, and **100% of the money raised goes directly to local schools.**

For every donation, we will put your name (if you wish) on a **colourful paper backpack** and proudly display it on the front of our office! 🎒🌈

Our goal is to **cover our doors and windows with colourful backpacks** to show just how much our community supports our local schools! 📚✏️
