📸 Photo Day Gallery & Ordering Update

Within *14 days* of Photo Day, registered athletes will receive an email with a link to their personal photo gallery.

Parents can:
• View all photos, backgrounds, and product previews
• Order prints and photo products online

Orders will be produced and shipped approximately 3–4 weeks after the ordering deadline.

⚠️ Registration Reminder

As registration was completed manually this year, some athletes may not be properly registered in the photo system and may not receive a gallery email automatically.

If you do not receive an email, please contact [email protected] to request your athlete's unique access code. This code can then be used to access the gallery and place orders.

*Please note: We will notify all teams once the gallery emails have been sent. If you have not received an email AFTER that notification, please contact the email above for assistance.*

Beat the peak wait times — arrive early for your time slot! ⚽📸

Missed your slot or want all your kiddos photographed together? Multi-kiddo families can come anytime tonight between 6:30 PM–9 PM.

⚽️ We encourage ALL team members to attend, even if you’re not planning to order a package, as a team composite will be created using the individual player photos.

⭐️ Digital copies of Team Photos will be provided courtesy of the Lucan Soccer Club for those who have their photos taken.

Behind every player is a soccer mom cheering from the sidelines, packing the bags, making the schedules work, washing the muddy uniforms, and somehow keeping it all together through every practice, game, and tournament weekend.

The early mornings, quick dinners, car rides, snack runs, and endless support never go unnoticed.
