On June 17, Government House opened its doors for the Lieutenant Governor’s annual Garden Party—one of Nova Scotia’s most cherished traditions, bringing together community, conversation, and a little garden-party elegance.

It was wonderful to see Cadets from Sea, Army, and Air units from across the region helping make the event such a success. A special Bravo Zulu goes to 305’s own CPO2 Baldin, who proudly represented the corps at this special occasion. Well done, Chief! ⚓👏🇨🇦

🎭⚓ The nautical skit performed at 305's Annual Ceremonial Review was a creative and entertaining highlight, bringing the international meanings of nautical flags to life in a fun and memorable way! From the moment they took the stage, 305’s cadets captured the audience’s attention with confidence, humour, and enthusiasm.

Behind the laughs was outstanding teamwork. Every scene flowed smoothly, every cadet played their role with purpose, and together they delivered a polished performance that showcased both their knowledge and creativity.

Bravo Zulu to everyone involved for turning a lesson in seamanship into a performance that was both educational and unforgettable! 👏🌊

305 RCSCC Sackville’s drill team delivered an impressive performance at this year’s Annual Ceremonial Review. Their focus, discipline, and willingness to give their best showed from the moment they stepped onto the parade square.

A huge part of that success came from the steady leadership of Chief Petty Officer Second Class Hunter Baldin. His guidance, patience, and ability to bring the team together shaped every sharp movement and every clean sequence.

The cadets’ dedication combined with CPO2 Baldin’s leadership created a performance that truly stood out. They set a strong example of teamwork, pride, and excellence at 305.

Each May, Canadians celebrate Asian Heritage Month and recognize the important role that Canadians of Asian descent have played in shaping our country. It is a chance to appreciate the many cultures, traditions, and achievements that are part of Canada’s diverse communities.

At 305 RCSCC, we value the different backgrounds and experiences that make our corps and community unique. Asian Heritage Month encourages us to continue learning about one another and celebrating the diversity that brings people together.

Asian Heritage Month became an official national celebration in 2002 after a motion introduced by Senator Vivienne Poy was adopted by the Senate the year before.

This is just one of the many amazing opportunities cadets have to give back and serve their community. We’re so proud of our cadets for stepping up and representing 305 so well! 👏
