It’s almost Huntington disease Awareness month, and that means we’re getting closer to in-person walks in your community! You can enjoy a fun day out and make a difference for individuals and families facing Huntington disease (HD).

Can’t make it to your community event? You can donate directly to their local fundraising efforts at the link for each event.

Location: Huntington Society of Canada National Office, 375 Hagey Blvd., Waterloo, ON

Details:

Registration opens at 9:30 a.m. 5k and 1k walks begin at 10:15 a.m.
Snacks and refreshments to follow
We will meet on the green space in front of the office building on The Cora Group property
Free parking is located on-site

50/50 Ticket Sales Are Live!

We’re proud to support the Huntington Society of Canada (HSC) with an Ontario-wide 50/50 raffle for Huntington disease (HD) Awareness Month this May.

Tickets are 50 for $100, 20 for $50, 4 for $20, and 1 for $10.

The lucky winner will take home 50% of total ticket sales, with the remaining proceeds helping HSC provide vital programs and services to individuals and families affected by HD across Canada.

Our June 25 meeting will be our last mtg until the fall (Sept 24).

And on that note,,, we would like our June meeting to be a special time by having a Pot Luck and a social time.
