USC Income Tax The USC Income Tax portfolio emphasizes personal finance services and education for students, by students.

USC Income Tax has strong ties with the diverse student population on campus. Our principal resource is the free clinic offered each year during March which provides Western students with free taxation services. The USC Income Tax Clinic also provides unique student development opportunities in the ways that the students on the committee can practice their skills of event organization. In addition

, we typically hire around 150 student volunteers that serve as tax analysts during the clinic. This provides ambitious students interested in accounting and personal finance the premiere opportunity to take part in real-life taxation services and handle clients. Not only is collaboration important with the committee members and volunteer analysts, we actively hold partnerships with numerous other organizations and clubs on campus, and in the Ontario community. The inter-disciplinary student collaboration is unique to only the Income Tax portfolio, as we have many groups of students all working in one space, towards one vision.

The USC Income Tax Clinic will be open March 2nd - April 2nd in the UCC lower level from 10am - 5pm every weekday! The tax clinic is open to all western students. Book an appointment now using the link below or the link in our bio!

Please bring a laptop, a valid government ID, and necessary tax slips (online or paper) to your appointment.

- uwo student
- sin number does NOT start with 0
- income less than $30,000 in 2025
- no investment, rental, foreign or investment income
- never filled for bankruptcy

We are hiring!

Applications are now open for the Senior and Junior Tax Analyst position as well as Logistic Volunteers for our annual Income Tax Clinic!

The Senior Tax Analyst role will be a leading client-facing position that directly works with clients in filing their taxes. Senior Analysts will also be responsible for supporting Junior Tax Analysts.

The Junior Tax Analyst role will be a client-facing position that directly assists clients in filing their taxes.

For our logistics volunteer positions, responsibilities include assisting our logistics directors, ensuring smooth check-in experience, and overall flow of the clinic.

🚨🚨USC Income Tax Clinic is hiring ‼️

It’s that time of the year again! With tax season coming up soon, the USC is looking to provide students with free tax filing services.

In order for the clinic to run smoothly, we are looking to fill in the following executive positions:

- Logistics Directors
- Volunteer Directors
- Promotions and Sponsorship Directors

Don’t be scared to apply if you do not have prior tax experience. It’s not necessary, so we encourage everyone to apply! Rather, we value time management, teamwork, communication skills, and openness to learn.

This position comes with a $2k honorarium and will oversee the hiring and training of the ITC volunteer team, as well as the operation of the clinic in March/April.
