T1 Empowerment

T1 Empowerment Free empowerment sessions for girls aged 12 - 18 living with type 1 diabetes. Sessions are free and are every Thursday from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

T1 Empowerment provides a safe place for teen girls aged 12 - 18 with type 1 diabetes. These sessions are lead by Kayla and allow teens living with type 1 diabetes to create lasting friendships with peers alike, while discussing issues, concerns, and successes about life and t1 diabetes. The groups focus is around positivity and mentorship.
