Tactile Tales Tactile Tales is a volunteer group of people who provide large print, tactile, braille materials for students who are blind or visually impaired (Est. 1993).

We are now sponsored by the S.W.A.N.S formerly the Lioness Club. Our Story

We have over 500 titles with multiple copies of each. We have loaned out over 10,000 books since 1996. Many of our titles are curriculum based. (Medieval castles, Knights, counting, Science, concepts, rhyming, relationships, riddles, sequence, alphabet, seasons, holidays, provinces)

Orders can be sent to us by sending a list of titles (Max of 8). Materials are loaned to you for 6 weeks. Orders can also be made by downloading the order form under Photos, complete it and send it back to us by regular mail or scan it back to us. Orders are filled on Tuesdays.
