Helping Hands is a volunteer run program that serves lunches to those in need in London's downtown core each Sunday. We run solely on donations of finances, food items and supplies, as well as through two annual fundraisers. Our online auction and Shopping for a Cause annual holiday shopping event have become quite popular over the years since we were founded. Each week we provide bagged lunches w

ith a sandwich, drink and snacks and often also hand out hygiene items, winter wear and other necessities.
