Remember that as women, we have inherent mental & emotional strength, we are stronger than we think & we can accomplish All that we set our minds upon, one action at a time.

That's why PurpleHands Empowerment Initiative has set up a Physical & Mental Health Counselling arm to empower people identify and achieve their goals.
Everybody's mental health needs support to withstand the trauma we encounter each day and to thrive.
PurpleHands provides therapy and counselling to support physical and mental health. Our doors are open.
