We're excited to announce that Chef Brian Sua-an will be co-curating our Harvest Dinner!

Chef Brian Sua-an is the owner and chef of Reverie, a tasting menu restaurant in downtown London that has been delighting guests with thoughtfully curated dining experiences and exquisite wine pairings for over eight years. In 2022, he and his wife, Jerrah Revilles, opened Saisha's Patisserie, bringing artisanal croissants and French-Japanese inspired desserts to the London community.

We're honoured to have another talented local chef, Chef Brian Sua-an, join us for this special evening. His creativity, passion, and dedication to exceptional dining will help make our Harvest Dinner an unforgettable celebration of community, local food, and giving back.
