August hightlights from Ottawa. Sensei Danika and Semsei Lyne were invited to join a wonderful group of powerful martial artists at The Ottawa Rotary Home for their very first Heroes Circle class. They also had a great time joining the CNIB’s powerful martial artists and challenging them to the 100 Punch Challenge!
The class finished with a Breath Break and a well-deserved pause to relax and catch our breath.
