We are only a couple weeks away from the London and District Business Hall of Fame Gala! Learn more about Jamie Crich, one of our Inductees for this year, as we look forward to celebrating his outstanding achievements in ethics and business:

Jamie Crich is the President of Auburn Group and leads the organization’s strategic direction, land development, and construction operations. Building on a multi-generational family legacy, Jamie has always been the visionary behind the company, playing a key role in growing Auburn Group into one of Southwestern Ontario’s most established and respected real estate development, homebuilding, and property management companies.

Jamie attended the University of Guelph, for a degree in Business Commerce. Later, Jamie joined Auburn full-time, working closely with his dad and Karen until he became President.
His development experience spans, luxury Class A mid- and high-rise apartments, urban infill developments, and integrated residential, office, and retail projects as well as subdivision development and lifestyle townhouse condo communities.

Jamie’s development philosophy emphasizes long-term value creation through thoughtful design, environmental responsibility, and well-planned communities that balance proven neighbourhood principles with modern innovation. This approach has consistently strengthened Auburn’s reputation as a disciplined, reliable developer and long-term owner.

What can you get out of JA Company Program? One of last year’s participants shared what the experience meant to them:

"The JA Company Program was one of the best programs I've ever been a part of. I initially signed up as a way to get out of my comfort zone, and JA helped me do just that. It helped me build my communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, and boosted my self-confidence overall."
