June is Indigenous History Month.

A time to honour the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples, while also reflecting on the ongoing impacts of colonialism.

Our commitment to truth and reconciliation must be more than words; it requires continuous learning, unlearning, and action grounded in inclusion, compassion, collaboration, and accountability.

The most meaningful way to understand Indigenous experiences is to listen. Read a book, watch a film, attend a show, or explore the powerful music and voices of Indigenous artists.

Take the first step by exploring resources about First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities across Canada:

Our agency softball season officially kicked off this week, and we’re so excited for what’s ahead!

It’s a great opportunity for team building, friendly competition, and plenty of fun both on and off the field.

Wish us luck as we step up to the plate!

Survival doesn’t discriminate. Reintegration support is about meeting people where they’re at and responding to real needs with dignity and care, especially when returning to the community can be isolating and overwhelming.
