St. Leonard's Community Services, London & Region Working towards a community where everyone feels safe, valued, and supported. We welcome respectful dialogue, including from voices that oppose ours.

We maintain a social media presence to share our activities, notify our community of issues of significance, and promote ideas and resources leading toward "a community where everyone feels safe, valued and supported." We do not permit posts or posters that are belittling or mean to individuals or groups, use profanity, are augmentative without moving the dialogue forward, or are disrespectful and

In 2025, over 2,000 individuals faced chronic homelessness in London.

St. Leonard’s was there to help. Through Project Home, our Housing First program, we supported nearly 500 unique individuals with diverse housing needs.

We believe in providing a safe place to live first, followed by the wraparound support people need to thrive. Together, we are working to ensure everyone has a place to call home.
