The United Way Lloydminster and District sends a sincere thank you to everyone who came to say goodbye at our farewell on Monday.

We want to extend our thanks to the city of Lloydminster and surrounding area for allowing us to be a part of the community for the past 72 years. We are proud to have served so many deserving causes, and are grateful for every opportunity to support and partner with various agencies and community members over the years.

We were SO busy at the end of July! As you know, the United Way Lloydminster and District is saying farewell to the community of Lloydminster and surrounding areas, this month. We are so fortunate to have been able to donate to the following organizations in July!

The United Way Lloydminster and District donated $5000 to The Bea Fisher Centre on July 10. The Bea Fisher Centre is a community organization that advocates for those who need a voice, helps people develop a purpose, builds longevity, and so much more. We are proud to be able to donate to such a worthy cause in our community!

🧁 Please join us in congratulating Natasha Krahn, this week’s Cupcakes For Caregivers recipient! 🧁

Natasha is a pharmacist at Lloydminster & District Co-op and is loved by her patients for her knowledge and commitment. She is a Certified Diabetes Educator who has been helping people manage their diabetes since 1992. Natasha also keeps busy as a travel pharmacist, helping people live out their dreams of exploring countries around the world.

She works tirelessly to ensure her patients get the most out of their health care benefits, stay safe, and clearly understand her instructions. Natasha is the definition of humble and kind, and we’re thrilled to say thank you on behalf of her patients and colleagues.

Congratulations, Natasha Krahn, and thank you! You are truly a deserving caregiver.

The Lloydminster Men's Shelter received a $6000 donation this month. The men's shelter provides clean, safe temporary housing to men in our community, aged 18 and older. The United Way Lloydminster and District is happy to support their efforts!
