Great day with the OACETT Hamilton Chapter out at Flat Rock Cellars! 🍷

We spent the afternoon exploring the winery, learning about the winemaking process, and enjoying a guided tasting overlooking the stunning Niagara Escarpment.

It was the perfect mix of networking, learning, and unwinding with an incredible group of professionals. Big thanks to the team at Flat Rock for the warm hospitality and unforgettable experience!

The WIT Hamilton Chapter invites all women to Yoga and the Bees on September 20, 2025.
Join us outdoors as we connect with our breath-including the calming Bee Breath practice, move our bodies, and enjoy the restorative power of nature. Afterward, refresh with a crisp HONEY SODA™ in our welcoming retail shop, where you can sample honey, explore local produce, and discover unique gifts.
Stroll along our pollinator path to learn about the vital role of pollinators, then sit beside 30 of our 700 beehives and experience the soothing hum of the bees. Research shows that these gentle vibrations can calm and restore both body and mind.
