Rain Barrel Fundraiser Sale in Support of 250 Vimy Royal Canadian Air Cadets
What: Rain barrels are food-grade 220L plastic containers that capture rain water from your roof for outdoor uses. Each rain barrel includes a leaf and mosquito filter basket, an overflow adaptor, a spigot and an overflow hose.
How much: Prices start at $65 each, and accessories like diverters and stands are also available.
When: Orders must be made and paid online at www.RainBarrel.ca/250vimycadets by April 25 - there will be no cash sales on the day of pick up.
Pick up: Pre-paid orders can be picked up at Estabrooks Community Hall (4408 St. Margarets Bay Road) on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Today, the 250 Vimy marksmanship team tackled the Central A marksmanship zone competition!

We are absolutely proud to announce that Cpl Moon placed 1st in the junior category

FCpl Power placed 2nd in the junior category

Sgt Higgins placed 3rd in the open category

The 250 Vimy Marksmanship team placed 1st overall as a team!

A huge thank you to WO2 Barkhouse, who took on the challenge of coaching the team!

And another huge thank you to FSgt Murray, Sgt Henneberry, and FCpl Valent, who stepped up and were cadet officials during the competition today.

You should all be very proud of the work you have put in. It does not go unnoticed!
