Independent Order of Odd Fellows Lethbridge #2 Lethbridge Lodge #2 is one of the larger lodges in the Alberta Order with a unique history of membership and community involvement. Instituted May 10, 1889.

Celebrating 136 years of Odd Fellowship in Lethbridge in 2025. Throughout the year beginning in January we have events each month. Other than our regular meetings, most of our events will be open to all members and their friends. Stay tuned for the actual date to be posted. Other events that happen during the year are crib tournaments, an 8-ball tournament, a poker tournament , highway cleanup, ba

rbeques and other community minded events as they present themselves. I have walked this block many times in my 35 years of being a Lethbridgian - Lethbridgeite - Lethbian, whatever we call ourselves 😅

But I've never really noticed this unique gate and the plaques, so I googled it and might have found where I belong🧘🏼‍♀️😉

The Independent Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF) is a non-political, non-sectarian international fraternity founded in 1819 by Thomas Wildey in Baltimore, Maryland.
Dedicated to the principles of "Friendship🤝, Love💜, and Truth🔨," it focuses on community service, charity, and supporting members.

● Mission: "Visit the sick, relieve the distressed, bury the dead, and educate the orphan".
● Membership: Open to all, regardless of religion, but requires a belief in a higher power.
● Symbolism: Often identified by the "Three Link Chain" representing Friendship, Love, and Truth.

Lately, I've been trying to practice "The Art of Noticing" and normally I snap a Pic or just enjoy the moment but this one was too neat not to share, so enjoy!
