The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Alberta South Region (Lethbridge) works to support individuals and families impacted by mental illness and addiction through Housing, Outreach, Peer Support and Education (HOPE). CMHA Alberta South Region (Lethbridge) is a non-profit charitable organization that has been offering mental health services in Southern Alberta since 1965. We believe in supp

orting individuals, groups and communities in increasing and enhancing their mental wellness. We have accomplished this through provision of public and professional education, social action, advocacy and direct service delivery. CMHA Alberta South Region offers a comprehensive range of mental health services to support the local community.

This Mental Health Week, gather a group of friends and take part in the community wide Wellness Wander Scavenger Hunt.

Grab your passport for this quest at the Community LINKS - Lethbridge desk at the Lethbridge Public Library, main branch. Solve over thrity riddles, and find posters indicating an activity at local businesses, tourist attractions and parks in our city. Fill our 75% (or more) of the passport to enter it for a draw for prizes.
