A few of our execs and members headed up to Edmonton last week for The Wildlife Society ( ) 2025 International Conference, a one-of-a-kind event that only comes to Canada once every 10 years!

We had the opportunity to connect with wildlife professionals from across North America, attend informative presentations and workshops, and check out some awesome student research.

We'd like to extend a congratulations and shoutout to our student member, Sydni Berry, who presented her in-progress research at both TWS and the North American Society for Bat Research (NASBR) conferences 🦇 Great job!!!

We also had the chance to connect with other chapters in Alberta and the Alberta Chapter of The Wildlife Society ( ) to share ideas and future collaborations.

Thanks to everyone at TWS for an inspiring and unforgettable week!
