Lethbridge Local Immigration Partnership (LLIP) is proud to announce the launch of our new website, lethbridgelip.ca. Visit the site for settlement-related information and resources for newcomers, service providers, employers and other community stakeholders. The site also highlights the projects and activities of our working groups in the areas of employment, health, language, and community and social inclusion.
A special feature of the new website is a dedicated Newcomer’s Guide that links new Canadians to a broad selection of tools, resources and information to support them as they build a new life in our community.
LLIP was very fortunate this summer to welcome Canada Summer Jobs student Kamesh Patel, who applied his considerable skills to building us an attractive, user friendly and well-organized site where we can share information and highlight the important work happening in LLIP. Kamesh returns this fall to the University of Lethbridge to finish his degree in computer science and marketing, and we wish him the very best.
