Come join us for Stones & Bones at Head Smashed In Buffalo Jump! This is a chance to bring in any artifacts, fossils, cool rocks or bones you may have to be looked at by an expert, for free! We'll also have some family-friendly activities on the go, so even if you don't have something cool for us to look at come for a visit and some fun!

Pass along to any students you know!

The Spring 2025 school will take place at several archaeological sites within the City of Calgary’s Edworthy Park (pending all necessary permissions). Students will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of archaeological excavation and survey as they test and excavate a Precontact campsite, document ongoing erosion at the historic site of Brickburn, and participate in archaeology survey to create an inventory of sites present within the park.
