Join us June 1 at 7pm in Lansdowne. Doors open at 6:45 for networking.. We have two exciting speakers5-7 min each plus some impromptu speaking and speech evaluations. Theme for the evening is BUILDING COMMUNITY. All are welcome and no experience is required. Come on out for some good fun.🎊

We have two speakers, Cory Mazzeo and Rob Gibson, delivering exciting talks plus Table Topics (impromptu speaking) and evaluations of the speeches. Lots of opportunities for talking in the group. Come on out to listen and speak if you wish. All are welcome and no experience is necessary. We are starting this new club in the area and we are looking for people interested in community, public speaking and leadership. Is that you? Better than streaming online. Looking forward to seeing you. Doors open at 6:45 p.m.

At last night’s meeting there was learning, laughter, sharing stories of food and supportive feedback.

We explored how to give effective evaluations, heard a speech on the importance of negotiation skills, and tackled food-themed Table Topics that had everyone thinking about their favorite childhood and comfort foods.

The best part? Watching people grow in confidence while having fun doing it.

If you’d like to become more confident speaking in front of others in a welcoming, supportive environment, come check us out!

Our next meeting is on May 25th, 7–8 PM at The Lansdowne Community Building, 1 Jessie St, Lansdowne.

Next Monday’s meeting theme is “The Power of Feedback”.

We’ll be learning how to give effective evaluations, hearing a prepared speech, and practicing supportive group feedback, helping both the audience and the speakers grow in a positive environment. We’ll also have some fun with Table Topics!

If you’re curious about Toastmasters but not quite ready to speak yet, no problem! You’re always welcome to come observe and see what the meeting is all about. There’s no pressure to participate before you’re ready.

Monday 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM at 1 Jessie St, Lansdowne.
