Today is a special day.

Eight years ago I got married to the most supportive, caring and loving man in the world. Looking back at these two young adults and the journey that they have ahead of them is always so sweet. 🤍

Happy October! 🍁

September was a sweet girl month, I have attended only a handful of baby girl deliveries. Which made this month that much sweeter being a boy mom myself.

September! It’s only halfway through and it has been so busy, I was very blessed to support two mama’s this month already. I’ll be off call for a while which feels really refreshing.

Back to school for my little boy and back to routine. We have some exciting things coming up the rest of the year! Can’t wait to continue to connect and share what we are up too!

As a birth doula I’ve seen the difference that surrendering can have on the process of birth. Birth is a step by step process there is a lot of unknowns but having a birth doula can be so beneficial ❤️‍🔥

☀️July☀️

Supported a family in welcoming a sweet little boy in July, his momma was welcoming of so many changes to her birth plan. In the end she was so strong and confident in her body. During labour she was wanting the contractions to get more “spicy”. It was an honour to be apart of her beautiful journey.

Fall is fast approaching, I will be posting an updated availability soon!

In May I attended two sweet births of baby boys. The first was quick and mom made informed decisions based on information that her providers told her.

The second the mom and baby worked hard together for him to come earth side. So proud of both of these mommas and always an honour to be apart of the journey. 🤍

Spill it all! ☕️

Often in postpartum mom’s feel that they need to keep up a certain appearance. I just want to reassure you, that I want to know it ALL. I want those 6 weeks that I support you postpartum you are using it to the full advantage.

If you need anything at all please ask and tell. I want to support you. Or if I am not the right person to help you referring you to someone else who is qualified. 🤍
