As a birth doula I’ve seen the difference that surrendering can have on the process of birth. Birth is a step by step process there is a lot of unknowns but having a birth doula can be so beneficial ❤️‍🔥

☀️July☀️

Supported a family in welcoming a sweet little boy in July, his momma was welcoming of so many changes to her birth plan. In the end she was so strong and confident in her body. During labour she was wanting the contractions to get more “spicy”. It was an honour to be apart of her beautiful journey.

Fall is fast approaching, I will be posting an updated availability soon!

In May I attended two sweet births of baby boys. The first was quick and mom made informed decisions based on information that her providers told her.

The second the mom and baby worked hard together for him to come earth side. So proud of both of these mommas and always an honour to be apart of the journey. 🤍

Spill it all! ☕️

Often in postpartum mom’s feel that they need to keep up a certain appearance. I just want to reassure you, that I want to know it ALL. I want those 6 weeks that I support you postpartum you are using it to the full advantage.

If you need anything at all please ask and tell. I want to support you. Or if I am not the right person to help you referring you to someone else who is qualified. 🤍

In March I supported one family welcome a sweet baby girl. This birth was so special to me, I am so thankful to this couple to welcome me into their birth space. It is always such an honour. We prayed together and listened to hymns and rejoiced in one of the greatest gifts that Jesus gives us.🤍

Woah, I have some really exciting news to share…

I am going to be a gestational surrogate for a lovely couple. This is something that has been on my heart for a long time. I wanted to be able to support a family in this way. After having a VBAC, I felt that this would be a possibility for me. After having my c-section with my first I didn’t know if being a surrogate would still be an option for me.

We are so excited for this journey and I look forward to sharing along my experience. 🤍

Every time I get invited to witness a new family member be born. It is such a blessing, I am so honoured and grateful. The sweet words that they write about being supported by me always brings me to tears.
