We want to thank each and every one of the approximately 150 people who came out on the weekend to work at Camp McLean. Almost all of the tasks on the job board were completed! Special thanks to the 120th McLean BP Guild for feeding everyone lunch.

The Wednesday Old Scouters crew's latest project - replace the rotting privacy screens for the Rotary bathrooms. They need to be painted, but another job completed from the long list of things that need to be fixed around the Camp. Come join us! Wednesdays at 10am. We'll feed you lunch!

16th Avenue has always been busy, but now that 16th/King Rd. has been connected to Marshall Road in Abbotsford, we are seeing an almost constant flow of cars and large trucks. It has never been very safe to make a left turn out of the Camp, but now it absolutely is not. We are asking people, therefore, to plan their route to and from Camp McLean to avoid making a left-hand turn into or out of the Camp. Thank you for keeping our Camp safe!

Do you have some spare time? A few of us have established Wednesdays as "Old Scouters' Workday" at Camp McLean. Numerous small jobs need to be done, and we may even take on a few larger projects.
We don't expect you to attend every week, but please come whenever you have the chance. Please arrive at 10:00 AM; we will meet at the Barn. We will even feed you lunch!

This is a blast from the past. Summer of 1992. Thanks to Donna and Doug Stanbrook for the box of slides, which we were able to digitize. If anyone else has old photos of the Camp, we'd love to be able to scan and return them!
