Thanks so much to everyone who came out to our self-defence class for women on the island! Our incredible instructors Maaike and Aartje taught the participants some invaluable info on how to stop attackers and stay safe.

Our annual BCEA golf tournament is back for its 34th year! One of our most popular events of the year, this tournament will be held on July 15th at Morgan Creek Golf Course in Surrey. Tickets are $300 for members and $400 for non-members. Sponsorships are still available at our website.

We'd like to say a great big welcome back to Lindsay Benard, one of our returning speakers for THRIVE!

Lindsay works with Dale Carnegie as a senior corporate trainer. Many of our attendees have learned important takeaways from her talks in the past.

This year Lindsay will be giving a talk on managing stress in the corporate world. People in leadership positions who manage stress well can serve as role models, promoting a healthier workplace culture and advocating for policies that support work-life balance and employee well-being.
