Fort Langley Community Association Monthly Meeting

Tuesday, October 13th 2026
Time: 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm
Location: Fort Langley Community Hall

Special Guest Brandon Parsons from Radon Sense Corp. will be presenting a 30 minute overview on radon gas prevalence, detection and testing. Not to be missed!

Following the presentation, we will have our regular meeting.

Fort Langley Community Association invites all candidates for the upcoming election for the Township of Langley Council and Mayoral position to answer these two additional questions.

(Note: These two additional questions that were submitted after the deadline for submission for the all candidates meeting on September 21st.)

#1. Do you believe the current level of filming in Fort Langley is sustainable? What specific measures would you support to better balance the needs of the film industry with the quality of life of people who live here?

With new developments expected to add pressure to Fort Langley’s roads and parking, what concrete actions will you take to reduce everyday traffic congestion, improve parking options and implement the planned removal of the truck route? How will you ensure these measures protect resident’s quality of life and support local businesses and tourism?

Reminder that the Langley City all candidates forum is today at 6pm at the KPU Auditorium.

This free forum is open to all residents, businesses, and community members. Come meet and hear from candidates seeking election as Mayor and Councillors. Learn more about each candidate’s priorities, and vision for Langley.

Walk, transit or park for free in lots L1 and L2.
