Pendant longtemps, parler du patrimoine franco-ontarien revenait surtout à dresser la liste de ce qui disparaissait. Églises menacées, bâtiments abandonnés, lieux effacés par la pression immobilière ou l’indifférence. La réalité est aujourd’hui plus nuancée.

A cold Saturday outside, but one of our warmer meetings yet now that the heat is finally in. Meeting on site with the committee as the first stages of the washrooms take shape behind us. ❄️

Last week, a car full of donations made its way to our community support center from our Christmas giving tree — all thanks to the incredible generosity of our neighbors.

A special thank-you to our town’s postmaster, Stacey, for generously helping collect donations at a second location at the post office.
