Cowichan Lake Arts & Culture Society - CLAC Funded by CVRD, we are an arts organization committed to supporting all forms of art in Cowichan Lake and surrounding communities. Some workshops will be free.

CLAC endeavours to be an 'opportunity generator', providing ways to connect artists in various disciplines, and create connections with the community and creatives in all areas, to look for and secure funding for various arts, and to offer workshops, on-line or in person, in various arts. Others will involve

some cost. We will endeavour to keep things affordable while paying the bills! Our long-term goal is to secure a physical and permanent space, able to host multi-discipline use, covering visual, literary and performance arts. Ideally, this will have space for exhibitions of all the arts, including music and/or drama performances.

Cowichan Lake Arts & Culture Society is having a fundraiser on Sunday May 24th with a hot dog sale at Country Grocer. Help support CLAC by dropping by to enjoy a hot dog by donation. Sign up as a member and be put into a draw for two participant tickets for the Laketown Foam Fest that starts with the opening celebration on May 29th and 30th.
