Filling out a volunteer application on our website is the first step! Space is limited! (An interview will be required before your space is confirmed)
In this unique and meaningful role, our mentors provide confidential, one‑on‑one support to women seeking connection, stability, and hope. Volunteers receive two full days of training that explore topics such as family violence, addictions, trauma, healthy boundaries, grief and bereavement, compassionate communication, listening skills, and more.
Each volunteer is paired with a designated Broom Tree Sister and meets with her for one hour each week, for a minimum commitment of one year. Throughout your time in this role, you’ll be supported by our team and surrounded by a community of like‑minded women who learn, grow, and encourage one another.
