We are a group of runners from Lacombe and surrounding area. We're a very friendly group of mixed ability runners, from beginners to those who have been running for years. One common for us is that we love running Lacombe's trails established by the late Bill Nielsen.

Glorious Global Running Day with the Reds Source for Sports Runners. Did Dugz Loop enjoying the smell of the olive trees and the return of the pelicans on Barnett. On June 20 its the annual Dugz Backyard starting Reds Bike Shop at 8am. Sign up is in the first comment.

Congrats to those who took part in our Woody's RV World Marathon & Half Marathon (and 10 km!) Training since January! Tonight we are back in the trails starting at 6:30pm from the Reds Bike Shop !
