We’re excited to announce our makeup barrel race will be held on Saturday, June 27th as a Double Header (ABRA pending approval)!

🏁 First Race Starts: 1:00 PM

Thank you everyone for your patience while we worked on finding a new date. We can’t wait to get back outside and see everyone at Rich Lake for a great day of barrel racing!

🚨 Rich Lake Barrel Race Update 🚨

Unfortunately, this Saturday’s barrel race has been cancelled.

Please be patient with us as we work on scheduling a makeup date as soon as possible. We’ll keep everyone updated once we have more information.

💥 Rich Lake Barrel Jackpot – June 6th 💥

We are keeping a close eye on the weather and conditions leading up to our jackpot on June 6th. We will be following Elk Point’s lead this week as they navigate similar conditions.

With rain in the forecast for the remainder of the week, parking could become a concern. If we proceed, parking will be LIMITED to the driveway and paved parking areas ONLY. There will be absolutely NO parking in the ball diamonds, camper area, or on any grass areas.

Before we make a final decision, we want to hear from everyone:

What would you prefer?

A. Run the jackpot indoors (with parking restrictions in place)
B. Cancel/reschedule for a later date when conditions improve

Our facility at Rich Lake is truly beautiful but the large banquet hall has been unfinished and unusable since 2014. In order to raise funds for the project, we are organizing an online 50/50 raffle. Huge thank you to everyone who came out to the barrel race today! We appreciate every single rider, family member, helper, and spectator who spent the day with us.

A special thank you as well to everyone who helped clean up around the grounds and arenas throughout the day — it truly doesn’t go unnoticed and helps make these events run smoothly for everyone.
