Oskayak Center, Heart Lake First Nation

On October 9–12, 2026, The Mamowe Opikihawasowin Tribal Chief Child and Family Services Prevention Program will be hosting Oskinîkîw Youth Moose Camp.

This is for young men ages 12–26 from Heart Lake First Nation, Whitefish Lake First Nation #128, and Beaver Lake Cree Nation.

Participants will take part in moose teachings, land-based learning, outdoor safety, tracking, harvesting knowledge, group activities and cultural teachings with Elders on site.

Transportation and meals will be provided
