🐾 New addition at the Blueberry Rock trailhead!

We’ve just installed a dog waste bag dispenser in the Blueberry Rock Trail Parking lot — making it easier than ever to keep our hiking trails clean and enjoyable for everyone!

A big thank you to the Rural Municipality of Lac du Bonnet for their continued partnership in trail maintenance and garbage removal. Your support helps keep our community spaces beautiful and accessible year-round. 🌲🚶‍♀️🐶

Find our board members, Darren and Kathy, on the last page of this week’s Lac du Bonnet Clipper! They attended the Lac du Bonnet and District Chamber of Commerce’s Job and Volunteer Fair to recruit new volunteers for our association.

We’re always looking for passionate community members to join us in maintaining and improving our local trails.

Spring has sprung! Join us this Friday, May 9 at 11am to give the Blueberry Rock hiking trail and picnic spot a spring spruce up.

• Meet in the parking lot at 11am
• Dress for outdoor work (bring gloves and small hand tools if possible)
• BYO water bottle and lunch (light snacks will be provided by LdB Trails)

On the Trail, healing isn’t always a grand moment — sometimes it’s as simple as walking until your mind softens and your shoulders let go of the weight they carry.

This month, we invite you to lace up your shoes, step onto the Trans Canada Trail and discover how nature can nurture your mental well-being. 🌿
