Some people may be carrying more than we realize right now.
A reminder to check in with the people around you, make space for conversations and reach out if you are struggling yourself. You do not need to wait until things feel overwhelming to ask for support.
Counselling is available to farmers, their immediate family and farm employees through our program at no cost. https://manitobafarmerwellness.ca/

Farmers and ag service providers in Manitoba, your voice matters.

Researchers at the Centre for Critical Studies of Rural Mental Health want to hear from farmers, adult farm family members, farm employees and ag service providers about what supports farmer wellness and resilience.

The information collected will help build an advocacy toolkit to promote farmer mental health and wellness.

Interviews and focus groups are 60–90 minutes, and honorariums are provided.
