Tomorrow is Alberta 4-H Highway Cleanup Day, and we’re proud to support the incredible 4-H members helping keep our rural roads clean and our communities looking their best. 💚

If you’re traveling on May 2, please slow down, stay alert, and give these hardworking kids and volunteers plenty of space as they work along Alberta highways.

At Webb’s Machinery, we’re proud to support 4-H across our communities and the young people who continue to make a difference through hard work, leadership, and community pride.

Members have been busy the last few weeks. Club Tour to OB Colony, Grooming Demo at the Lloyd Ex and Judging Clinic in Lloydminster. Community Service doing dishes at the Kitscoty Dinner Theatre.

Congratulations to the winners of our 2025 Freezer Filler Raffle.

1st - A whole 4-H Beef including cutting and wrapping by Diamond 7 Meats to Joffre Brousseau of Blackfoot, Alberta

2nd - $1000 cash to Keith Wright of Paradise Valley, Alberta

3rd - $500 cash to Nathan Stabner of Lloydminster, Alberta

Special thanks to Flaman Rentals, Blackfoot, Alberta for donating Austin Portor's Reserve Champion Limousin steer back to the club to make the raffle a huge success.

We received some much needed rain the week leading up to our Achievement Days that created a challenge to get the chip truck into the Kitscoty Arena. GMACK Oilfield Services Ltd stepped up and donated some swamp mats so we could get the truck in without leaving so much as a mark on the grass.

Now that the dust has settled on the 2025 Hwy 897 4-H Interclub Show and Sale, on behalf of the Kitscoty 4-H Beef Club and the 3 Cities 4-H Beef Club we will begin thanking those who stepped up to make it such a great event.

Thank you McConnell Transport Ltd - Glaslyn, Saskatchewan for supplying the wood chips to build up the show ring and stall area. The chips worked great for the cattle and kept the Kitscoty Arena much cleaner than the sand we've used in the past.
