The CCAWR is a non-profit organization serving primarily Waterloo Region’s Caribbean and black communities. Your heath matters and we are making it easy to check on it this summer!🩺

Fit in the square returns every Wednesday at Waterloo Public Squatr at 7:00pm. Free outdoor fitness classes for the whole community.

This year we’re leveling up with a Mini Health Fair featuring Neighborhood Nurse Team, offering blood pressure checks and health screenings right in the square.

Special Mini Fair dates:
June 24 | July 22 | August 19
