We’re excited to promote a free Kidpreneur Lemonade Business Bootcamp!

This isn’t just a regular PD Day program — it’s a hands-on entrepreneurship experience where kids become young business owners for the day.

In teams, children will:
💡 Create their own lemonade business and brand
🧃 Design a signature lemonade recipe
🛒 Learn how to budget and choose supplies
🏪 Build a mock lemonade stand
💰 Calculate costs, sales, and profit
🎤 Present their business idea like real entrepreneurs

Date: PD Day - June 26th, 2026
Time: 9 am to 12 noon
Ages: 6 to 12 years

Help Shape Kitchener’s Playgrounds!

The City of Kitchener is conducting its first-ever city-wide playground evaluation to help guide future playground upgrades, replacements, and investments.

They want to hear from residents about:
✔️ Playground safety
✔️ Accessibility & inclusivity
✔️ How playgrounds are used
✔️ Where improvements are most needed

This is a chance to help ensure neighbourhood play spaces are welcoming and enjoyable for families across the city.
