Committed to supporting students with real‑world guidance and career inspiration.

We just wrapped up the 6th Annual Christmas Event! 🎄✨

For the first time, we brought the celebration directly to an orphanage, hosting a day of joy at the in Port-Harcourt, Nigeria.

19 children (ages 3–10) enjoyed a day of interactive games and structured play, with each child receiving a premium HarryCares Christmas gift, creating big smiles and lasting memories.

This event continues our goal of ensuring children in need are deserving to celebrate and experience the warmth of the holiday season. A special thank you to everyone who donated, and to our dedicated team and volunteers for their resilience in making this milestone event a success.

It’s a global movement that inspires generosity and community impact. A day that encourages people to do good.

We are excited to announce the upcoming 6th Annual Christmas Event!

Christmas is an annual celebration supporting children in-need during the holiday season. Our initiative creates a unique holiday experience for children from low-income families, filled with fun activities, joy, and meaningful gifts.

Since its inception, Christmas event has reached 164 children and engaged 28 volunteers across Nigeria and Canada. Each celebration reminds us that every child deserves to feel the warmth and magic of the holidays.

Toronto Global Forum (TGF) | Leading in Times of Transformation

We had the opportunity to attend the 19th edition of the Toronto Global Forum (International Economic Forum of the Americas) connecting with leaders like Isabelle Doucet Mona Fortier and Matthew Davis Renew Capital who spoke about strengthening Canada–Africa partnerships to capture emerging opportunities. The forum convenes global thought leaders from business, government and civil society to address today’s economic challenges and emerging opportunities.

With the International Monetary Fund reaffirming Africa’s resilience and long-term development potential, this is the moment to forge bold partnerships and blended finance models that unlock sustainable impact and strengthen bridges between Canada and Africa.

✨ Building Leaders, Strengthening Communities ✨

On May 31st we held our annual Bigger Than Hoop Dreams (BTHD) Peace Ambassadors Tournament in Kano, Nigeria.

The HCF Peace Ambassadors Program fosters personal growth and community impact through life-skills education and well-being activities. This initiative promotes Accountability, Leadership, Goal Setting, and Self-Confidence, empowering youth to become agents of positive change in their communities.

Aligned with Sustainable Development Goals 3 (Health & Well-being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), and SDG 16 (Peace & Strong Institutions), this program creates opportunities for youth to develop resilience, work collaboratively, and drive meaningful social progress.

HarryCares Christmas! On Dec. 14th we held our 5th annual HarryCares Christmas Event in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

This event is geared towards giving children in need an opportunity to experience the joy the holiday season brings. This year we had the pleasure of celebrating with 25 children (+5) from Priesthood Orphanage Home. The children enjoyed a fun filled day at Pleasure Park in PH with lunch provided and a small gift afterwards.

A special thanks goes out to .queeny who executed the event with her wonderful team of volunteers. Thank you to those who supported, we couldn’t have done it without you. Looking forward to 2026! ✨
