📬 Canada Post is on strike — here’s how to ensure your donations reach us before the October 31 deadline:
✅ The best thing to do would be to deposit all cash and cheques (made out to you) into your account, add all your donations as pledges, and then pay them off with your credit card!
Here’s how 👇
1️⃣ Log into your FundHub and select “Enter $$ or Cheques.”
2️⃣ Fill out the donation form for each donor to ensure they receive a tax receipt.
3️⃣ Once submitted, you’ll see the donor’s name at the bottom of your screen, along with the option to Edit, Delete, or Pay the pledge.
4️⃣ By selecting “Pay,” you can use your credit card to complete the donation on their behalf.
📦 If that’s not a feasible option, you can drop off all your donations, with a pledge form outlining who they are from, to your local RIDE charity. We’ll make sure everything gets to us on time ⏰.
