Contemporary Art Committee The Contemporary Art Committee introduces an exhibition each year to bring contemporary art to Kirkl

The Contemporary Art Committee was created in 2008, in partnership with the Museum of Northern History and the Town of Kirkland Lake. This partnership aims to foster Contemporary Art in Kirkland Lake. The Museum acts as the host facility for most CAC exhibitions and workshops. Since its creation, the Contemporary Art Committee has hosted both national and international guest artists from Canada, t

he United States, Brazil, Taiwan, Israel, England, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Argentina, Spain, and Korea. The CAC also hosts events, workshops and annual fundraising Gala. Please contact the Museum of Northern History and Cesar Forero for more information.
