Queen's Mully Children's Family

Queen's Mully Children's Family QMCF supports Mully Children's Family (MCF) orphanage in Africa, by raising funds and awareness for MCF.

QMCF is a Queen’s chapter of Mully Children’s Family (MCF), an orphanage that rescues and rehabilitates vulnerable children and young mothers from the streets and slums of Kenya. MCF provides shelter, food, education/training, and healthcare to these individuals. QMCF aims to bring together the local community to make a global difference. By hosting fundraisers, we will financially support short-t

erm outreach teams from Canada that run free medical, dental, and optometric clinics for the people of MCF and its surrounding community. Funds and awareness will also be raised for various projects initiated by MCF in Kenya. Serving the orphans and marginalized members of society in this way will not only positively impact the Kenyan community, but will provide Queen’s students with the opportunity to become more active members in our global community.
