April is Limb Difference Awareness Month 💙

This one is deeply personal for me. My son was born with limb differences, and through him, I’ve learned more about strength, resilience, and unconditional love than I ever thought possible.

He is not defined by what makes him different—he shines because of it. Every day, he shows us all that ability comes in many forms, and that courage can look like the smallest victories.

This month, I’m celebrating him and raising awareness for all the incredible individuals living with limb differences. 💙

Its going on 3 months since Clyde has had his double hand surgery done.. its been 1 hell of a recovery an getting him back into his daily eating routine.. somes days were good, some days were hits an miss.. but were getting there 1 day at a time.

Hes back eating his Kraft Dinners, cookies, donuts, apple sauces, yogurt tubes an chocolate pudding (even thos list is small right now its start).. how did it start you may ask.. he woke up one morning am asked fot Strawberries an bananas.

Way to go Clyde on your amazing recovery! We love you an are soo proud of you!

Little update on Clyde..

Besides being in an out of the hospital back to back 2 days in a row.. his hands are healing perfectly well, not posting before an after photos until hes 100% healed!

But he has appointments with in home nurses to get his bandages changed every 2 days an they are looking amazing! He doesnt understand what happened to his fingers an how they changed so he acts out a little bit an pouts when he sees his left hand.

Wanted to update everyone on Clyde with his Surgery he had on October 28th 2025..

He was admitted into hospital at 9pm on October 28th due to not keeping fluids down an not eating.. we discharged on October 29th 2025 at 9:30am, he was doing great back to himself drinking his fluids until 12:29am on 30th he was rushed back to hospital to do not keeping fluids down an bringing up blood, they gave him pain medicine, nausea medicine which helped him alot we got to come home at 3:30pm on the 30th an hes still keeping fluids down, an slowly eating little bites!!

His surgeon was able to separate all 3 webbed fingers on left hand an removed the cyst on right

Wanted to do a little update on Clyde..

Clyde goes for his 2nd surgery on Tuesday (Oct 28th 2025).
Got his bag packed an all ready for Tuesday Morning.

Will keep everyone updated as we can!

Even tho we have been busy to post, I did want to post an update on Clyde..

He LOVES walking, he does take few steps by himself but still needs the extra support by us to walk longer without losing balance, Loves playing outside with his cousins an going for walks.

Also we have got a surgery date for Ckyde which is few days before Halloween!

There are a few family an friends who are putting goodie bags together for Clyde in case he cant tolerate it to go out trick or treating (even those he gets excited everyday when he sees Halloween decorations, an pumpkins).. if anyone wants to put stuff together or make him something for after his surgery feel free to message or comment!

We appreciate everyone's support, an happy your here to follow along with his journey !!
