We could barely fit in the truck after we loaded everything. We gave out warm blankets, milk bag beds, warm sweaters, and boots. We find our friends extremely worried about the winter in front of us. One fellow showed me his hands, one hand had no fingers due to frost bite. Hot chocolate, sandwiches, chips, applesauce and meal replacement drinks were truly appreciated. Thank you to those who have been helping put every week together with their wonderful donations.

We were thrilled to take out Pizza for Gnome for a home today. always has hot fresh pizza ready for us. We decided to double up the Pizza today to celebrate Lylia being in University. Dale the kindest cook, and I were surprised Anne could see over the top of her stack of pizzas. Lylia started to provide help for those in need at a very young age and, has continued on her journey of kindness throughout many years. As the wind blew us around Kingston today we found many of our friends, and a few new ones. You can see the worry in peoples eyes as the weather is changing. One poor fellow was having a really hard day, we tried to give him some inspiration but he kept saying the last few years have all been bad days. I sure wish he didn't have to have years of bad days. We gave out sandwiches, water, a meal replacement drink and, freezies. We want to thank everyone for continuing to help Kingston's vulnerable.

Being out on the road today we reminded everyone about the importance of railway safety. Constable Knorz brought some much needed supplies, that were appreciated by all. Our friends were kind as usual and hugs were being passed out today to those in need.

We are very proud to be one of the recipients of water. Our good friend Susan Willis would of been 86 yesterday, but passed recently. The Kingston Seventh-day Adventist Church decided to collect 86 cases of water to celebrate Susan's birthday. Well they collected 145 cases and divided them between different groups. We appreciate receiving 25 of these cases.

Some days are just meant for a nice ice cream cone. In honor of Cory who voted for Strawberry last time, we gave out 300 scoops today! Everyone got double scoops of vanilla or strawberry and sometimes one of each. Now the truth is our arms got so tired we had to ask people in the line ups to help, and even some staff members at some locations. Everyone was kind and appreciative and extremely patient.
Also sandwiches, meal replacement drinks and, water were given out.

January, 2000 we met the kindest, compassionate, funny, caring and huge hearted person that turned out to be a good friend. When COVID was raging this individual got in one of our vehicles and helped with deliveries every night. He also knew of some places we didn't and, took food to those who didn't want to be found. He helped us gain trust with so many people in need. Sadly, last week he layed down in his tent for the last time and passed away. Cory may you rest in peace.

We were so thrilled and truly appreciated the 10 cases of water from donated yesterday. Many have asked if we are still on the road. Our answer would be yes, but due to some health issues our time on the road has been less. We visit our friends at minimum twice a week and are very thankful for this continued privilege.
