Programs promote leadership skills, and encourages self-esteem. Guiding is really a leadership program for girls. We encourage "girl power", learning to accept others, developing self esteem & self worth, plus a strong sense of community. The Sparks do one sleepover at the end of the year (optional). Code of Conduct are the rules and expectations of the girl members to act in
an appropriate manner. These are the following:
• Uniform at every meeting
• Hair, if long, needs to be pulled back in hair clip or hair band
• Full dress uniform at special events (uniform + sash)
• No dark nail polish
• No jewellery (small studs O.K.)
• No gum
• No electronics (I-Pod, MP3)
• No cell phones
• Zero Tolerance for bullying
• Good attitude and desire to have fun.
• Living by the promise and law.
