183 Typhoon Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron Royal Canadian Air Cadets is a Canadian national program for youth ages 12 to 18. The local training begins in September and continues until June.

The program provides cadets instruction in citizenship, leadership, survival training, instructional techniques, drill and ceremonial and the basics of aviation and aeronautics. It is administered by the Canadian Forces (CF) and funded through the Department of National Defence (DND) with additional support from the civilian Air Cadet League of Canada (ACL).

🍁 SCENIC CAVES ADVENTURE!
Blue Mountain – Saturday, October 24, 2026
Our Squadron Sponsoring Committee has arranged an exciting day trip to Scenic Caves at Blue Mountain for our cadets!
We apologize for the short notice, but our Squadron Sponsoring Committee has been working to arrange this exciting opportunity. We are hoping to make this adventure happen, but first need to confirm that we have enough cadets interested in attending.
This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy some outdoor adventure, explore the beautiful fall scenery, and spend time together as a squadron!
🚌 Transportation Details
Date: Saturday, October 24, 2026
Bus Pick-Up: 6:45 AM at the Kincardine Legion
Return: Approximately 7:00 PM at the Legion
👕 Dress
Civilian attire. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes suitable for outdoor activities.
🎒 What to Bring
Packed lunch
Snacks for throughout the day
Water bottle with plenty of water
Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing
Please ensure cadets bring enough food and water for the day.
📣 IMPORTANT – WE NEED TO HEAR FROM YOU!
Please let us know as soon as possible if your cadet is available to attend!
We need to determine whether we have sufficient numbers to proceed with this trip. Your prompt response will help us make that decision and finalize arrangements.
Please note that the trip is dependent on having enough cadets registered to attend.
