Because our goal isn’t to raise children who always need us to step in.. it’s to raise children who trust themselves when we step back.

Growth happens in the space between our urge to rescue and their opportunity to learn.

✨ Sometimes the most powerful parenting move is simply: Let them.

We’ll have:

🏃 Movement & gross motor activities

😊 Space to connect with other families

🌿🧘‍♀️ Family Yoga is happening today! 🧘‍♀️🌿

Join us from 3:30–4:15pm at the Kimberley Early Learning Centre (570 Mark St) for an afternoon of movement, music, breathing, and connection.

Designed for children ages 0–5 and their caregivers, Family Yoga is a playful, welcoming space where little ones can explore at their own pace.

📱 If you'd like to attend, please send us a quick text (250-919-7237) so we know you're coming. This helps us set up the space and have enough mats ready for everyone.

✨ The people have spoken! Our new Family Yoga time is 3:30–4:15pm at the Kimberley Early Learning Centre (570 Mark St).

We'll be stretching, moving, breathing, playing, and connecting together in a fun, family-friendly environment.

📱 Planning to join us? Please send us a quick text today so we know you're coming! This helps us prepare the space and ensure we have enough mats for everyone.
