Some days you won’t even manage to put a bra on.😳 Other days you’ll have a good coffee and make playdough from scratch. 💥On both of those days you, just you, are (more than) enough. Whatever you have before you today, you’re wired for it.

So much of this life is having to go through it. And the key to enjoying it? Finding the fun. Those little pockets of bliss and sinking into them as often as you can. Try today, to identify three little things that made you feel at ease, made you nod your head YES, made your heart bulge, or just made you smile. 💕It ALL comes down to relationships and connection.
