We are a dedicated group of Aerobatic enthusiasts in or near Alberta, Canada. We subscribe to 3 priorities when it comes to Aerobatics:
1 - Safety. Lets enjoy!

Our membership consists of amateur Aerobatic pilots and enthusiasts, ranging from the volunteers that come and judge the flying, to World competition competitors who demonstrate the highest skill levels in the sport. Aerobatics must be safe. Proper training and preparation are essential above all else.
2 - Legal. Aerobatics must be performed within the rules of both Transport Canada, as well as the governing bodies of the sport. IAC and Aerobatics Canada.
3 - Fun. Aerobatics must be fun for everyone.

Badlands, Dinosaurs, and Planes - Perfection!

Thank you Fly Drumheller, Town of Drumheller and Canada’s Badlands for having us out for a fun day of aerobatics practice. It was fantastic having so many people out to see our pilots working on their skills, and lots of good discussion about the judging and what goes into aerobatics as a sport.

A massive thank you to all the volunteers who helped out with traffic, crowd, and just making sure everyone had a fun and safe day.

Big shout to Berta Burritos and Chillout for the amazing food and snacks (my burrito was 10/10 🌯)

And as always - to our club members - thank you for an amazing 2026 season! Couldn't think of a better way to close out our season.

If you're interested in joining Alberta Aerobatics as a pilot, judge, or volunteer please send us a message - we'd love to chat!

Until next year 🛩️🦖
