The Kerrobert Courthouse Restoration Society would like to thank the
Kerrobert Credit Union for their generous donation of $5000 towards our current restoration project involving foundation repairs.

We are so grateful for the Kerrobert Credit Union’s continued support to preserve and sustain our town’s historic heritage building that has been revitalized to showcase the cultural riches we have in our area through art, literature and history.

Did you know that the Kerrobert Courthouse building was designated a Municipal Heritage Property in 1982 and is listed on the Canadian Register of Historic Places?!
It is truly a beautiful landmark. The building is open weekdays from 8:30am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Come see its amazing architectural elements and tour the museum, art gallery & library! Donations to help with restoration efforts gladly accepted at the Town Office on the main floor.

The Kerrobert Courthouse building enjoyed a photo shoot last year from “This Little Light Photography”! The restoration society will be sharing these pictures, one by one, as time goes by.
Many wedding and graduation pictures have been taken on this grand staircase!
We would love it if you could post some of your own pictures that have been taken on this gorgeous marble staircase! If possible, please say what year they were taken!!

Spring KCRS update!

The Kerrobert Historical Society’s raffle for two tickets to an Edmonton Oiler’s game and one night hotel stay was won by Trevor Kissick! This was drawn for at the Courthouse Restoration Society’s Christmas party fundraiser.
Thank you to Ravenwood and Royal Lepage for their sponsorship and to all who supported the raffle. Proceeds go directly to towards repairing the courthouse foundation!
Thank you also to everyone that attended the Ugly Sweater Christmas party! Thanks also to the Kerrobert Chamber of Commerce for providing the doorprize as well to Kerrobert Reddi Mart for their support. Merry Christmas to all! 🎄☃️
